Various SL

I have been wondering the SL world that is really diverse, reproduction of the real life, virtual space, and a world of blue roses. At first I thought this was a kind of strange art. Trees and ponds were inverted. With a careful look, I thought it could be a maze that flew in all directions by some reason.

A cute house in the Bradley University at Illinois USA. It seems to be the house of Lydia Moss Bradley the founder, but unlike the picture of the real one.

Sitting in a park that will be around every corner. A tree sitting amid a fountain looks the part in the SL. Once I was sitting in a park like this during an overseas trip in RL. It is somewhat comfortable, but in the same breath I am starting wondering what I am doing. Shall I start itinerant through universities?

Dance Stage

We talked about a dance hall that could be at Baba, and then here came this nice setting next day! Kazumi the owner set this cool stage in just about no time in this limited area. Thank you Kazumi!

The cool daddy-longlegs is Hideyoshi. I asked if I could use the SS in my blog, and his answer was “Yes, but...” Miss Jane Doe, please feel easy since I just asked to dance.

May be going together with the Alice world, the main theme here is ‘clock’. The light on the left is not a fountain but a clock also. A dance party may be held here on next Saturday. Do not miss it!

This stage is ‘Heaven and Hell”. The stage changed suddenly. Evil minded person cannot stay on the stage and will drop into basement. What will happen on next Saturday?

Derender

A Phoenix technique to eliminate obstructive objects. Visited University of Western Australia after a long interval and found that most of exhibitions had been replaced. This university is unique one that continues its activity. This object is turning slowly, and let me in by sitting on.

There are many other objects presented at the site like this. In order to let them go away, select the subject, see the pie menu and touch, ‘More’, ‘More’, and ‘Derender’. To go back, touch ‘Phoenix’, ‘Asset Blacklist’, and ‘Rerender all Objects’, and then change your group into something else. The effect is only for self.

It is possible to eliminate outer shell and to look inside. If the objects are linked, it seems impossible to erase partially.

The inside becomes clear. Although I got OK from the university to take SSs of the exhibition and use them in my blog, it should be bad manner to do this on an art.

This is the original situation. I did not notice the devil at the middle when I entered first time. But it could be the intention of the artist and it is not good to turn outside light on. Please forgive me. This technique can be used when there are some obstacles such as trees in front and a desirable camera position cannot be set. If I were aware of this when I took SSs at the St. Basil Cathedral… I will be careful not to overuse this.

Dance in the sky

Every Saturday is Carnival at Baba Meeting Area, but there were only seven of us gathered last time and the music system was not in good condition. I did not enjoy dancing fully, so flew above Temi’s Teahouse after breakup.

When I started SL, I decided to do what I cannot do in RL. One of them is to fly. At the early stage, I was flying across overseas SIMs to the very end. At that time, there was no reading delay and no worry about drop off when crossing SIM border. There is no meaning to compare graphic quality with that of today, but I was flying shaving the earth, shooting the cloud, and chasing the sunset. It was really exciting.

This dance is for mermaid, but it does well with a dress or this kind of strange clothing. Please try. The dance ball is a blue one set at the middle of Temi’s Teahouse.

Extra: Another Strange-person-bug at the carnival. The front face with apart eyes and a bit turned-up nose is rather humorous, but the profile is some cute. This time the bug was confirmed by other persons, but were we seeing the same figure?

Bamboo Bushes

June has come and bamboo bushes were set at Temi’s Teahouse. Had meant to set wisteria trellis but was not able to find nice one. I would put septfoil for the Vega Festival on the bamboo in July.

It seems desolate since the immediate neighbors are dark, but it provides cool atmosphere. There is a couple of goose in the pond. I am usually dancing at the adjoining Baba Meeting Zone and nobody is here, but I will do my vest to present good ambience by changing trees according to seasons. But there are still cherry blossoms at the common

Changed a tree in my gallery also in order to meet the season, but it is not quite her. The second floor is still for April.
