From Japan to SL

  

Following the previous article, looked for dragons in SL. This is the largest one I ever saw, a basic shape but floating in the air.




In Japanese, dinosaur is called dreadful dragon, included in the dragon family? This is Diplodocus. There were many kinds of dinos in the ancient world SIM, unfortunately which disappeared now.




Avatars gathered together at the awarding ceremony at the University of Western Australia. The right is Leafy Sea Dragon that I saw a real one at an aquarium, about 40 cm length. This could be simulating sea weed, but why are there such a creature with this strange shape? I tend to believe that there is the Watchmaker, not following the doctrine of evolution.




I do not see any real creature that is model of this. Is this kin to sea horse?




As the Sphinx is female, it could be natural to see some lady dragons. This is from an art by Claudia222 Lewel.




An Ikran flying at the planet Pandora. It is possible to ride. All organisms at Pandora are based on six-leg system, accordingly Ikran has four wings and two legs. As the top of the evolution, the Navi also should have had four legs like Centaur, or four hands like Detective Megius.




This is not a dragon, but very beautiful vehicle, too expensive for me….





  

A Happy New Year of Dragon! I searched for dragons in SL. This is the most upstanding one.




Dragons have some dreadful image, but these ones are rather humorous, dancing in a temple yard.




The most popular spices in SL could be this type, lining up in a dragon firm. Like horses before, there will be many different types born through breeding.




Flying. This also could be raised from an egg? Horse breeding was a kind of business before.




This can fly on the back. It has gorgeous wings and two legs, that could be a kind of Western dragon, Wyvern,




This could be also Wyvern. The original dragon seems to be a huge snake with wings. Number of the legs; zero for Leviathan, two for Wyvern, four Grifin, and some has six like Tarasuk.




Shachihoko (an imaginary creature with a tiger head and a carp body, set on a roof of Japanese castle.) has a similar face but it is a fish, not a dragon. I got this flyable one at Edo. The below is Amakuni SIM. The meeting area Kikyo Memorial is just under the tower, the house in front of me is Pin2’s home cafe, and the white roof on the left is my home. At Poti’s aquarium, Mr. Raiden became an orca. He had many sizes from mini to giant.




Became a mini and entered in the tank at the entrance. Poti Aquarium is one of the rare clubs that open daytime. There are games, camps, and photo contests in addition to a large aquarium. Please visit.

It is natural to see him swimming among fish. Supersonic wave comes out of his mouth when chatting.




It is not a figure but clothing that covers the avatar, so becomes funny shape when sitting. I would have asked him to make other poses such as dancing. The article is my old mermaid that also makes a funny figure at dancing.

The dachshund has a pathfinding function and walks around obstacles. I made a maze but she handled it matter-of-factly. When I say “come” while walking around the outside, she comes to the nearest point passing through the maze.




I made it a bit more complicated. She hesitated at the first time but soon she managed it and comes to any spot.




This is at the training center. I put a floor to make the dog visible. I put her at the top left corner and say “come”, then she passed through the mace. Sequential photograph.




I asked the trainer how far I can make the maze complicated and the answer was as far as I like. But this might be too much. I put her on the far end and said “come”. She walked to some extent and gave up on the way. But every time when I said “come” again she started walking finding ways approaching me. It is cute that she passes the maze and reached me from anyplace in the maze following my call.




We played ‘hide-and-seek’. Keep her waiting by a command “sit”, then say “come” from a remove to let her find me. The miniature dachshund that I had in my childhood loved this game.

  

A new pet has come to my home, a dachshund. The humming bird is old.




My requirements for pets are to be free from care and food, and to move around arbitrarily. This humming bird flies around an avatar and feeds oneself at flowers at moments. I noticed this when I started SL and wanted at the first time.




This dog is very smart and can understand more than 50 commands and it is nice to see her moving around spontaneously.




She followed combined commands such as “On bed, speak three times, sniff and rest” It is also joy to find out where she is when I come in.




The couple ducks are with me since Edo era, but they are unteachable and swimming around ignoring me, so it is hard to shoot. Still I do not know how to make the dachshund swim that she should be able to. I noticed in this picture that it is strange to see my leg longer in the water that should look shorter in RL.




There are little birds at my gallery. These could be particles and the movement is not realistic. They comes out when someone comes near, fly around, and disappear after a while. I have also sea gulls but I am reluctant to bring them out since once they had a bug and came out in countless numbers like a nuisance trick.
